At Straphome, we proudly ship authentic Gunny Straps to customers around the world.

While our primary focus is serving customers in the United States and Canada, we currently ship to more than 50 countries Worldwide.

 

Production Time

Most Gunny Straps are handcrafted to order by Peter Gunny's workshop.

Production typically requires:

25–30 Business Days

Production begins shortly after your order is confirmed and submitted to the workshop.

Each strap is carefully crafted through multiple stages, including leather selection, hand cutting, stitching, edge finishing, quality inspection, and final packaging before shipment.

Because every strap is individually handcrafted, production times may vary slightly depending on order volume, material availability, and customization requirements.

Ready Stock Items

Ready stock items are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

If your order contains both ready stock and made-to-order products, items may be shipped together unless otherwise requested.

Shipping Services

🇺🇸 United States

Our primary focus is serving customers in the United States.

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS, with import duties already covered. Every order includes tracking so you can follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery.

International Orders

For destinations outside the United States, orders are shipped via DHL Express or FedEx, depending on your destination and the most suitable shipping service available.

Shipping charges are calculated based on your order value and destination during checkout.

Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated as part of a Straphome shipping promotion.

If an order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or import fees, any return shipping costs and additional charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please Note: We only ship to Residential and Business addresses. We are Unable to ship to PO Box addresses, as well as APO and FPO addresses.

To avoid delivery / customs issues, Packages to Russia allowed Business/Company address only.

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate before placing your order.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us before your order has been shipped.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, any additional shipping costs for reshipment will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the situation.
