At Straphome, we want every customer to purchase with confidence.

That's why we offer a straightforward return policy designed to balance customer satisfaction with the handcrafted nature of Gunny Straps products.

Ready Stock Straps

Ready stock straps in unused condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

To qualify:

The strap must be in unused condition.
No wrist bending, creasing, or signs of wear.
The buckle tongue must not have been inserted through the strap holes.
All original accessories should be included whenever possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If StrapHome provided free shipping or subsidized shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by StrapHome will be deducted from the refund amount.

Custom Made Straps

Because custom straps are handcrafted to your exact specifications, special return conditions apply.

Custom made straps in unused condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to a 40% restocking fee.

To qualify as unused:

No wrist bending or creasing.
The buckle tongue must not have been inserted through the strap holes.
The strap must remain in like-new condition.

The restocking fee is necessary because custom-made products cannot typically be resold at their original retail value.

Custom Order Cancellations

Production for custom orders usually begins within 1–2 business days after an order is placed.

If a custom order is cancelled after production has started, a 40% restocking fee will apply even if the strap has not yet been shipped.

Worn or Used Custom Straps

If a custom-made strap has been worn or shows signs of use, StrapHome reserves the right to apply a higher restocking fee of up to 70% of the purchase price, depending on the condition of the returned item.

Used custom straps cannot be resold as new and therefore require additional refurbishment and discounting before resale.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other import-related fees are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.

Authenticity Guarantee

Every strap sold through StrapHome is a 100% authentic Gunny Strap handcrafted by Peter Gunny's workshop.

Orders placed through StrapHome follow the same production process, lead times, and quality standards as orders placed directly with the workshop.

Customers may verify their order directly with the Gunny Straps team at any stage of production if additional confirmation is desired.
